Graduate Development Program

Our Graduate Development Program (GDP) provides the skills and experience needed to be a successful consultant.

Turner & Townsend's GDP is a 21-24 month experience that offers full-time employment from day one in a structured learning and development program consisting of a blend of formal and practical training with support and mentorship from industry leaders and peer to peer coaching.

Our program is designed to:

  • Be a platform the enhance knowledge and gain first hand experiences
  • Provide a training schedule to support the capture of learning and development needs and highlight any experience gaps
  • Provide a learning tool to track and support the capture of learning and development needs and highlight any experience gaps
  • Provide a learning tool to track and report progress and provide a holistic view of capabilities.
  • Be a communication tool between you, your line manager and others to update on progress
  • Provide a basis to inform senior management decisions regarding career progression and reward.
