2. Phone Screen

   If your experience matches the role, one of our team members will get in touch to learn more about you and give you a chance to learn more about Worley.

   The role: We’ll talk through the role you’ve applied for - what it involves, and how your skills and interests can make an impact.

3. Formal Interview

   Get ready for an exciting journey through the Worley interview process! Here’s what to expect:

   • The Invitation: You’ve been chosen! Keep an eye on your email for your official invitation to join us for a chat.
   • Your preparation: Time to get ready! Review all the preparation materials we send your way and visit our website to learn more about our Undergraduate and Graduate opportunities. 
   • The 1:1 Meeting: Most of your interviews will be 1:1, giving you the chance to shine. Think of it as a one-on-one adventure where you get to showcase your skills and personality.
   • Come prepared with examples that show how you think, how you lead, and how you collaborate. We’re just as interested in how you approach a challenge as the outcome.
   • Your Questions: This is your chance to turn the tables! Ask us anything you’re curious about – our team, the role, or Worley’s future. We love inquisitive minds!
     
     
4. Background & Compliance Checks
