Our two year Graduate Program, starting February 2027, is designed to help you build confidence through real work and real responsibility.

Role 1: Graduate Healthcare Nutrition
Who this role is for
This role is suited to a recent or soon to be graduate who:
- Has studied Dietetics, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology or a related field
- Is interested in nutrition, healthcare and patient outcomes
- Is curious, proactive and keen to learn
- Communicates well and enjoys working with different teams
- Pays attention to detail and values quality, safety and compliance
- Is excited to build experience across clinical, commercial and operational areas
What you will do
You will complete four rotations of six months each across Healthcare Nutrition functions:
- Danone Careline
- Support clinical, communication and operational activities within Specialised Nutrition
- Respond to real consumer and healthcare professional enquiries using evidence based nutrition knowledge
- Contribute to content development, case reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Medical Affairs and Market Access
- Support medical and scientific activities across the Specialised Nutrition portfolio
- Contribute to medical content, education initiatives, and evidence based value communication
- Work with cross functional teams to support compliant scientific engagement
- Sales Channel and Key customers, Healthcare Nutrition
- Support healthcare channels including hospital, aged care, homecare and distributors
- Assist with customer materials, channel insights, pricing and go to market activities
- Learn how medical nutrition solutions reach patients across the healthcare system
- Sales Hospital specialties, Healthcare Nutrition
- Work alongside Key Account Managers in customer facing environments
- Gain exposure to sales processes, customer relationships and field based activity
- Participate in shadow days with sales and nursing teams to understand clinical and commercial perspectives
Role 2: Graduate Supply Chain
Who this role is for
This role is suited to a recent or soon to be graduate who:
- Has studied Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Commerce, Engineering, Data Science or a related field
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Is analytical, organised and detail focused
- Enjoys problem solving and continuous improvement
- Is comfortable working in fast paced environments
- Works well across teams and functions
What you will do
You will complete three rotations of eight months each:
- Demand and Customer Supply Chain
- Support demand planning, forecasting and customer supply decisions
- Analyse demand and performance data to support business planning
- Contribute to cross functional discussions that align demand, supply and commercial priorities
- Supply Planning
- Support product availability and supply planning processes
- Work with master data, planning parameters and continuous improvement initiatives
- Gain exposure to global supply flows and end to end planning systems
- Logistics
- Support logistics operations and third party logistics partners
- Analyse logistics performance data to improve service and efficiency
- Contribute to projects that improve how products move through the supply network
Eligibility
To be eligible for our 2027 Graduate Program, you must:
- Be on track to complete your studies by 2026 or have completed a relevant degree within the last two years
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, an Australian permanent resident, or hold a visa with full working rights subject to conditions
