Danone Graduate Recruitment Process
1. Application Stage

2. Video Interview
- Shortlisted candidates complete a video interview.
- Typically includes a mix of motivational and situational questions.

3. Psychometric Testing
- Conducted online and includes cognitive and behavioural assessments.
- Designed to understand your strengths, working style, and potential fit.
3. Assessment Centre
- A half-day experience involving group exercises, case studies, and individual presentations.
- Assesses collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership potential.
- Opportunity to meet Danone leaders and experience our culture.
4. Final Interview
- One or more in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers and team leaders.
- Mix of competency-based and values-driven questions.
- Focused on your motivation, skills, and cultural fit.
