Application Process

At RSM, we are committed to making our recruitment process as straightforward as possible:

  1. Online Application

    Prepare to apply through our portal by submitting your Resume, Cover Letter and Academic Transcript. All applications will be reviewed; thus, expect an update approximately within one month of submitting your application.
  2. Digital Interview (timed setting)

    This is the stage where you will be asked questions in a timed setting to help us get to know you and understand why you’re interested in joining RSM. The video interview will be conducted by an automated system. 

  3. Online Cognitive Test (timed setting) 

    At this stage, you will be sent a Cognitive test comprising verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning. This is a multiple choice assessment that takes approximately 40 minutes to complete. 

  4. Graduate Talent Centre

    This will be an opportunity for you to meet with senior business representatives and current graduates where they will share their experience. 

  5. In-person interview

    Congratulations, this is the final stage of the recruitment process and takes place as part of the Graduate Talent Centre!

    We will invite you to come in for an interview with a Partner from the business division you applied to. As this is a two-way process, please come prepared with questions and have conducted research on the role and the firm.
