Application Process

  1. Decide What Role(s) to Apply For and When

    Your interests, skills and career goals should align with the requirements of your chosen role. If you are still in university and are not in your final year of study or have graduated, you are best suited to our Student Marketeer Program. If you are in your final year of study and are able to work full-time from January 2027, you will be eligible for our Graduate Program.

  2. Online Application

    Now that you’ve determined which role(s) to apply for, it’s time to submit your application! You’ll be asked a few questions and to attach a few documents, such as your CV, academic transcript and any other qualifications - we’re looking for future leaders, so feel free to include anything that demonstrates your motivation, proactivity and interest in your chosen field. 

  3. Personality assessment

    Following your application submission, you will receive a link to complete Red Bull Wingfinder - a personality assessment that focuses on your strengths, the things that you’re naturally inclined to be good at, and gives you the tools and coaching to be even better. 

  4. Online Video Interview

    Shortly after Red Bull Wingfinder, you will receive a link to complete an online video interview through HireVue. In this interview, you will record your answers for some pre-defined questions. The scenario-based questions can be completed anywhere you have a reliable internet connection, and we recommend setting aside half an hour in a quiet location so that you have time to set up and practice. Be prepared to answer some behavioural and scenario-based questions and showcase your passion for the role.

  5. First Round Interview

    Progressing applicants will be invited to attend an in-person interview with a member of our recruitment team and a Red Bull manager. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better, explore your skills and experiences in more detail, and understand how you align with our company values and culture. We will also share more about the Graduate Program and the world of Red Bull. 

  6. Selection Day

    Our final stage candidates will be invited to Selection Day at our Head Office in Sydney. This event gives us the opportunity to get to know you further through a variety of engaging activities. More importantly, we want you to leave the day with a meaningful and memorable experience – gaining fresh insights about yourself and a deeper understanding of life at Red Bull. 

  7. References
    If you successfully progress from Selection Day, we’ll contact you to provide two references – so it’s a good idea to have these ready in advance. Please note that all candidates who attend Selection Day will receive a phone call regarding the outcome of their application. 

  8. Get your wiiings
    We will give you a call to confirm your offer! During this call, we’ll also share details about the next steps and what you can expect in the days, weeks and months ahead. It's time to crack open a cold can of Red Bull and celebrate your accomplishments!!
