Application Process

  1. Application

Submit your application online. Make sure you have your CV and most recent academic transcript at hand.

  2. Online testing and video interview

Eligible candidates will be invited to complete a short cognitive and personality assessment online, as well as record a brief video interview. This is our opportunity to get to know you.

  3. Face-to-face interview and/or group information session

This is the final stage of our recruitment process. The interview component will generally be with a Partner and senior team member. Depending on your location, this may involve a group information session where you will have the opportunity to network with some of our Partners and team, and learn more about the firm and the work that we do.

  4. Feedback or offer

We will always let you know the outcome of your application, and we aim to make offers within a week of the interview, however during peak times it may take us a little while to get back to you. If you haven't heard from us, please assume that we are still considering your application.
