About the Capital Markets Academy
The Capital Markets Academy is a 24-month rotational program across different capital markets sectors designed to develop future Capital Markets professionals. Designed to invest in employee’s growth from day one, the program consists of three, eight-month rotations across the business including Office, Retail, Debt, and Industrial. Participants will receive development opportunities through structures, hands-on exposure to live transactions and client relationships.
The program, which launches nationally across Australia in August, targets students who’ve recently completed their studies or are in their final year.
Successful candidates will join JLL as a Real Estate Analyst supporting transaction processes through research, financial modelling, property marketing materials, and campaign management.
Successful candidates will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Review process
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by JLL's Talent Acquisition team for an initial screening call in August/September. The recruitment process includes a graduate networking event, assessment centres, and competency-based interviews.
