Parental Leave

Employees are entitled to 15 weeks of paid parental leave plus paid superannuation contributions on unpaid parental leave (up to 37 weeks). 

Paid Volunteering Leave

We support all employees to volunteer their time and skills with community organisations. Through our Employee Volunteering Program, employees can access worktime to volunteer, subject to manager’s discretion. We are passionate about serving our customers and the community. 

Flexible Work Arrangements

Flexible working means something different to everyone.  Flexible working arrangements can be negotiated to maintain a healthy work/ life balance. This may include having work from home days, rostered days off or flexible working hours.

Learning and Development

We offer employees leave to attend training and can assist with the payment for cost of training as well as any associated costs such as travel and accommodation.  Internal learning and secondments are also frequently available throughout the business.

Sick Leave 

Employees are entitled to unlimited sick leave (within reason), recognising that an employee's recovery should not be hampered by the stress of not having an adequate sick leave balance.
