During the program, Ben completed rotations in Revenue, Legal Services and Corporate Tax, gaining experience in financial and legal analysis, stakeholder engagement and advisory work. He contributed to both project based initiatives and business as usual activities.

Neel joined the Geological Survey of Western Australia (GSWA) Industry Ready Graduate Program to dive deeper into different areas of geology and apply his knowledge to real world challenges. The program offered the perfect bridge between academia and industry – strengthening core concepts while building hands-on skills across fieldwork, software and data integration.
For Neel, the flexibility to choose rotations and shape projects around his interests is key. Working with Loop3D and Map2D, he's combined structural geology with Python, testing new tools, and helping improve workflows along the way.
