Chelsea completed the Government Sector Labour Relations (GSLR) Graduate Program in 2024, which offered a unique opportunity to build her practical industrial relations capability in a central agency function while contributing to whole-of-government workforce reforms, industrial instrument negotiations, and dispute resolution.

Neel joined the Geological Survey of Western Australia (GSWA) Industry Ready Graduate Program to dive deeper into different areas of geology and apply his knowledge to real world challenges. The program offered the perfect bridge between academia and industry – strengthening core concepts while building hands-on skills across fieldwork, software and data integration.
