Our Graduate Program
Our program will enable you to deepen and develop your technical and professional competencies through meaningful, challenging and rewarding work. Our graduate experience includes:
- Two-year program in a supportive culture
- Full time ongoing permanent position
- A minimum of two rotations

Our intention from day one, is to you up for a successful career with Viva Energy. To support you in your transition from university to work, all graduates participate in a comprehensive induction program to learn about the business, their team, and to begin establishing key networks and support systems.
Your rotations will provide you with the breadth and depth of experience within your own team, or in another part of the business with a focus on providing you a well rounded graduate experience.
Your experiences are further enhanced by graduate development workshops where we bring the cohort together to learn the key skills and competencies required to be effective and successful in your future career. This is also a great opportunity to spend time and get to know other graduates or early career talent across the business.
We want all our graduates to feel well supported, so your will have an early career buddy to help with day to day questions and work tasks in addition to being coached by one of our supportive people leaders. We also connect you with a senior leader mentor, to further guide you through the program and share career experiences.
