The Tasmanian State Service Graduate Development Program (TasGraD) is an early careers program opportunity where you will learn, practice, and build your skills and knowledge to deliver policies, programs, and services for the Tasmanian community. 

The program offers two or three year fixed-term roles with structured learning and development during the first year. The remaining time will allow you to consolidate your learning through practice where you may have up to 3 or 4 rotations through different teams or support a specific business area.
