How to apply

Applications open on 1 July 2026 and close on 2nd August 2026.

There are 4 stages in our recruitment process, which may vary depending on the type of role you apply for. We've designed our process to get to know you beyond your resume and to give you the chance to learn more about NDY along the way.

Stage 1: Application

Complete the online application form, including uploading a recent copy of your resume, academic transcript, and evidence of your Australian citizenship/residency or work rights.

Stage 2: Online Assessment

If eligible, you will be invited to complete a short online assessment and record a video response. This helps us better understand you and your motivation for applying to the program.

Stage 3: Assessment Centre or Case Study & Interview

Depending on the NDY office and role you’ve applied for, you may be invited to either:

• attend a face-to-face Assessment Centre, including group activities. Following the Assessment Centre, you will be invited to a final interview, or
• attend an in-person session to complete a case study, followed by an interview.

This stage is designed to give us a deeper understanding of your skills, while also giving you insight into NDY and the opportunity to connect with our team.

Stage 4: Offer

If successful, we will contact you shortly after Stage 3 to make you an employment offer.
