Application Process

Graduates are required to obtain a defence security clearance as part of the process and must be an Australian citizen with a ten-year verifiable background. 

The recruitment process consists of the following stages:

• Application – tell them more about you and why you want your career with Lockheed Martin Australia.
• Selection Interview with their team – they understand you will have lots of questions for them too and will ensure they spend time answering them.
• Assessments & reference checking.
• Offer.
