What you can expect

• Diverse Experience: Gain hands-on experience through 6-month rotations in diverse business units such as Retail, Consumer and Healthcare, Government and Defence, Resources and Industrial, and Intermodal. Each rotation will place you at a different site, giving you a holistic view of our business and showing how various units contribute to our overall success. 
• Support Systems: Learn from industry leaders with your own buddy, a peer support network, and a program manager. 
• Working with Major Customers: Contribute to developing tailored solutions for some of Australia's most iconic brands. 
• Development: Enhance your skills with structured and on-the-job training, plus leadership workshops. Identify areas of interest and potential career paths within the company. 
• Exciting Projects: Drive and contribute to industry-leading projects that make a real impact. 

We have three streams in our graduate program:

Operations Stream

Logistics operations is at the heart of our business. From receiving, dispatching and rostering to project management and team supervision, this is a field where you’ll never stop learning.

Get hands-on experience in warehouse management, transportation and safety. Build strong relationships with colleagues from all around the business. Contribute to developing tailored solutions for our customers. Resolve supply chain disruptions, optimise processes, reduce carbon footprints and more.

Commercial Stream

As a commerce graduate, the Linfox Graduate Program will introduce you to the intellectual challenge of solving complex problems and finding innovative solutions in the fast-moving and competetive logistics industry.

Work with some of Australia’s best-know companies. Get involved in commercial contracts, investment projects or improving cost efficiency. Build your commercial acumen through rotations throughout our business. Learn how we develop tailored solutions for major customers in retail, resources, healthcare, government and defence.

Technology
