Our Inclusion and Diversity focus shapes our culture, infiltrates our recruitment efforts, drives our partnerships with community-based organizations and acts as a lens when identifying commercial opportunities.

Kroll’s Global Inclusion and Diversity Council, along with five employee networks (Network of Women, Black Employee Network, Kroll Emerging Leaders Network, Veterans Network and Pride Network), is made up of Kroll colleagues from around the world. The Council spans 22 countries and includes more than 500 team members who are creating enterprise-wide impact through four important pillars:
