During the recruitment process, you’ll be taken through the following steps:

1. Decide what role(s) to apply for and when
   

   Make sure that you are eligible to work in your chosen role’s location:

   • You have the required degree
   • You have the required skills
   • You are due to graduate/a recent graduate
   • You have unrestricted working rights in Australia
     
     
2. Online application
   

   Click through to the position’s online application form. You will need to complete some questions and attach a number of documents, including:

   • Your CV – showcase your previous work experience, extra-curricular activities, academic history, volunteer experience and any other qualifications
   • Your academic transcript
     
     
3. eSkill assessment
   

   It is a competency-based assessment administered by eSkill which takes about 30-45 minutes.

   We will test your:

   • Numerical reasoning
   • Verbal reasoning
   • Logical reasoning
     
     
4. Pre-recorded video interview
   

   This is a great chance for us to find out a bit more about you.

   Be prepared to answer general questions about yourself and your interest in joining FTI Consulting.

5. Final interview (For Interns) / Assessment Day (For Graduates)
   
   
6. Job offer – Join FTI Consulting!
   

   If you are the successful candidate, we will make an offer!

7. Pre-employment checks
   

   All our employees must complete background checks and new-joiner paperwork. All information will be provided via email.

8. First day in the office
   

   We can’t wait to see you!
