• Work under the guidance of our highly qualified Allied Health professionals to carry out duties which complement the therapy program of a participant. Your role will play a vital part in enabling the participant to develop greater independence and work towards reaching their full potential
• Carry out face-to-face and non face-to-face tasks that bring life changing experiences to participants
• Work with participants in their home or community environment to assist them reach their full potential
• Be the best you can with on-the-job training from leading Allied Health professionals
• You will be equipped with a mobile device to communicate with your coordinator, therapist and access systems
• As a Habit Coach, you will play a critical part of the service delivery between the participant and the therapist
• An excellent rapport builder and motivator, you will engage the participant using your empathetic nature to model components of a new routine or skill, and provide prompting when needed
• Work within the scope of the role, respecting the boundaries of a habit coach and that of a therapist
