Hybrid & flexible working

Holidays

In addition to 20 days’ annual leave, we provide bp employees with an additional ‘My day’ each year. You can also buy up to six weeks’ additional annual leave per annum.

Volunteer days

All bp colleagues can give back to their communities by spending two working days on paid volunteer duty leave each year.
