About Our Vacation Program

Our Vacation Program is an opportunity for you to get a head start on your career by putting your theory into practice and working in a professional and supportive environment. RSM’s Vacation Program involves paid employment to gain practical experience during your university summer and winter semester break and gives you the opportunity to experience firsthand who we are and what we do.

We will provide you with support throughout your vacation employment by assigning you a mentor who will guide and assist you with developing your skills. As a valued member of our team you will also have the opportunity to receive ongoing guidance from your fellow work colleagues including our Partners.

At RSM, we believe you are the best placed person to know where your accounting career should start.  We offer motivated and enthusiastic students the opportunity to experience in a range of service lines including Audit, Business Advisory, Risk Advisory, Corporate Finance, Tax and Restructuring & Recovery. Our offices offer the following programs:
