Application Process
Who is eligible to apply for the Optus Graduate Program?
We know the best ideas come from unusual collaborations, unheard voices and from those who think differently. The Optus Graduate program allows for skills to be nurtured, not expected. To be eligible for our program, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- You are an Australian Citizen, New Zealand Citizen, or Permanent Resident
- Have completed an Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's degree (or higher) or Certificate level qualification in 2022, 2023 or expect to complete your final subject by December 2024, inclusive of any internships or work experience placements required for graduation.
- Be willing to work predominantly from our Macquarie Park campus located in Sydney. Relocation assistance will be considered for successful candidates based outside of Sydney.
- Be available to commence full-time in February 2025.
