Application Process
- Submit Application.
Submit an application for the role you would like to apply for. The first time you apply, you’ll need to create an account on our application tracking system. You’ll need to upload a cover letter, your CV and academic transcript (an informal university document outlining is fine if you don’t have the formal qualification yet). Please make sure you answer all of the application questions to the best of your ability!
- Initial Review of your application.
Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application. If your application is shortlisted, one of our team will get in touch with you to invite you for an online video interview. If you aren’t selected, we will let you know via email.
- Video Interview.
Successful candidates during this step will be required to respond to a set of pre-recorded questions via a video interview format. You will be given a set amount of time to think of your answer before you record and submit through the video interview application system. - Face-to-Face Interviews.
During this stage you will get to meet representatives from the business where we will get to know more about you and why you want to join Fulton Hogan. You will be given plenty of notice before hand with details for the day.
- Pre-employment Stages.
As part of our final recruitment process candidates will undertake a series of checks that will proceed before a formal offer is made. This will include reference checks and pre-employment medical. Some of our regions may also require you to complete a personality profile.
- Employment offers.
We’ll contact you as soon as a decision has been made to let you know our decision. If you’re offered a job, we will send your formal offer online via email following a verbal conversation to let you know the good news.
