IT Helpdesk - Telecommunications

What You Will Do

  • Administer and operate computer network systems (LAN, WAN), and phone systems (VoIP). 
  • Manage, install, and deploy end-user applications such as MS Office, Google Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Reader, Foxit, Unikey, etc. 
  • Manage, install, and deploy end-user operating systems: MacOS, Windows, Ubuntu, etc. 
  • Manage and provision user accounts on the Active Directory system. 
  • Resolve network system issues, camera problems, phone issues, and office devices related to SLA. 
  • Maintain, clean, and replace technology devices, office equipment (photocopiers, printers, scanners), and time attendance machines regularly. 
  • Ensure the proper functioning of computers, network systems, and technology devices. 
  • Safeguard company assets and equipment, ensuring timely updates on the asset management system. 
  • Prepare reports, propose purchases and replacements, assist in inventory checks, and help in asset liquidation requests for approval management. 
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Graduate with a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Electronics, or Telecommunications.

Optional:

  • Experience in installing and troubleshooting operating systems: Windows, MacOS, Linux Redhat, Ubuntu, CentOS. 
  • Experience with IT service desk tools: Jira, GLPI, ServiceNow, etc. 
  • Proficiency in office software: Google Office Applications, Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.). 
  • Experience in installing camera systems, access control systems. 
  • Experience in installing LAN networks, Wi-Fi Mesh systems. 
  • Over 1 year of experience in end-user support. 
  • Certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, LP1, VCA/VCP are an advantage.
