National Account Executive | Entry Level

About the Role:
As a National Account Executive at DBG Health, you’ll play a key role in supporting our National Accounts team to deliver strategic and tactical outcomes with major pharmacy accounts. This position focuses on building strong relationships, ensuring executional excellence, and leveraging resources to maximize sales and enhance our reputation with key accounts and buying groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support National Account Managers with promotional planning, trade spend management, and pricing maintenance.
  • Manage CRM data accuracy and assist with new product activations.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, catalogue submissions, and POS requests.
  • Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers and pharmacy customers.
  • Provide reporting, compliance analysis, and administrative support for the team.

About You:

  • Approx 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within pharmaceuticals or FMCG.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • Valid Australian Driver Licence and willingness to travel interstate.
