What is a typical day? 

Part of National Planning, our Smart Sustainable Places team helps shape places that are liveable, resilient and future-ready. They look at how cities grow, how people use them, and how we can create better community and environment outcomes. As an intern, every day is different, allowing you diversity in experience and exposure to different people and clients.  Working across a variety of client disciplines, you will: 

  • Assist project teams by contributing to research, due diligence, analysis and project tasks with the support of experienced consultants and leader. 
  • Participate in stakeholder consultation and engagement activities with clients
  • Help prepare clear summaries, presentations and visual material to communicate findings and insights to internal teams. 
  • Support with responding to client requests by preparing information, testing ideas and documenting outputs. 
  • Work collaboratively across disciplines to deliver project tasks in line with agreed scopes, timeframes and quality standards.
