Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and proactive HR Marketing Coordinator to support our talent attraction and employer branding efforts. This role is ideal for someone with strong visual storytelling skills and a passion for engaging diverse audiences through digital content and community outreach.
You will lead marketing initiatives across early careers, store staff hiring, and employer branding, while also helping build a network of Career Influencers—local voices who share authentic stories about life and work in Australia.
In addition to Marketing, you will also be supporting the Talent Acquisition team with HR administrative tasks and coordinating student engagement events.
This role is on a 6 months fixed term contract with a possibility for an extension.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation & Visual Storytelling
- Develop and produce high-quality promotional content (videos, graphics, photography) for social media, internal platforms, and employer branding campaigns.
- Capture and craft compelling stories that highlight real employee experiences and UNIQLO’s unique workplace culture.
- Cover internal HR events through photography and videography and support the creation of post-event communications and news releases.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of creative assets aligned with campaign goals. HR Marketing Calendar and drive initiatives on Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and annually
- Influencer Employer Marketing. Identify the influencers in industry and drive program campaigning
• Employer Branding & Awards Execution
- Support the execution of external employer branding initiatives, including the preparation and submission of award applications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather stories, data, and insights that position UNIQLO as an employer of choice.
- Ensure consistency in employer brand messaging across all internal and external touchpoints.
• HR Administrative tasks
- Supporting Talent Acquisition team with scheduling interviews and store assessments
- Coordinating student engagement events
Qualifications:
- Some experience in HR administration, social media content, or employer branding.
- Ability to come up with creative content to attract gen Z and Millennials
- Strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and photography (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
- Experience working with diverse communities or in retail (desirable)
