P&C Intern at SW

  

As a P&C Intern at SW, you will gain hands-on experience in various Human Resources activities, working with a collaborative team during the busy campus recruitment period. This diverse role offers insight into the fast-paced professional services environment, Early Careers, and events. You will experience recruitment volume applications gaining key insights into how to differentiate, interact with, and assess applications. You'll also assist with events, both on university campuses and at SW-run graduate events like inductions and learning and development workshops.


P&C Intern responsibilities:

  • Assist with screening applications
  • Assist the team with coordination of recruitment events
  • Assist with student events and workshops. This will include university events and SW events.
  • Assist with administrative support for Early Careers
  • Assisting with Early Careers data management
  •  Contributing to broader People & Culture projects

  • You’re a student in your penultimate year of study working towards a degree in Commerce, Business (majoring in Accounting) or with a dual degree in Arts, IT, Economics, Science, Law or Engineering
  • Working towards a qualification in Human Resources Management
  • Personally, you are energetic, consultative and enjoy working in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • An ability to exercise good judgment and a willingness to learn.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Enjoy working in high pace environment.
  • Applicants must be a citizen or hold permanent residency in Australia or New Zealand
