You’ll create impact by: 

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation and develop solutions to address specific pain points. 
• Design and develop digital solutions that integrate with our manufacturing systems. 
• Implement and maintain digital solutions that enable real-time data collection, analysis, and insights, such as data visualization and dashboarding tools. 
• Participate in the deployment and rollout of digital solutions, providing training and support to end-users.
• Continuously monitor and improve digital solutions, gathering feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the user experience.

Required Skills and Abilities 

Technical Requirements: 

• Proficient in programming languages and frameworks, such as Python, C#, or JavaScript. 
• Experience with industrial automation protocols, such as OPC-UA, Modbus, or MQTT. 
• Familiar with database management systems such as MySQL and PostgreSQL. 
• Experienced with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus. 
• Basic knowledge of backend development and RESTful APIs.
• Exposure to version control tools like Git. 

 Soft Skills: 

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex manufacturing requirements into functional digital solutions. 
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. 
• Passion for innovation, a keen interest in Industry 4.0 technologies, and a desire to drive digital transformation in the manufacturing industry. 

Your defining qualities: 

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in developing digital solutions for manufacturing environments, or relevant internship experience.
