Administrator - Practice Operations

The Programme

A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees.  
 
You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

What You Will Do

At the Administrative level, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

As an Administrator in Practice Operations, you will:

  • Provide professional administrative support to deliver clients’ requests in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Can independently complete a variety of assigned tasks to meet set goals - tasks are performed under general supervision and/ or established guidelines.  
  • Continuously apply knowledge and skills to execute tasks to the highest quality.   
  • Adapt/ perform all tasks relevant to the current business needs, and when needed, will work in a team environment to complete tasks. 
  • Backup for peers and perform their scope when needed, including the overall PM PO functions.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Degree in any field, preferably Business Administration or Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent). 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills/ behaviors:

  • Excellent organizational skills. 
  • Can take initiative to resolve issues when they arise. 
  • Strong computer skills, incl. working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Suite and Internet.  
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (English is mandatory). 
  • Excellent time management – know how to prioritize to meet deadlines. 
  • Must be able to work as part of a team – with a professional and helpful demeanor. 
  • Strong customer service skills. 
  • Strong multi-tasking skills are a must. 
  • Vigilant in checking deliverables.  
  • Comfortable with doing recurring work.
