What You Will Do 

• Support and review vendor onboarding process on a daily basis. 
• Update and maintain database vendor in system regularly. 
• Provide periodically a report on each progress. 
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (procurement, SMEs, business users) and 3rd parties to complete the process.
• Support another project / ad-hoc task list to support VM team. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Fresh graduate/Final year student (there is no thesis to complete or campus activity to attend, except graduation) 
  Willing to do WFO (3x a week or as company decision) in Prudential Tower, Setiabudi, South Jakarta. 
• Committed to do 6 months internship period. 
• Computer skill (Microsoft office: Excel, Power Point, Word) 
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written will be an advantage) 
• Having the ability to present for reporting of progress status and data analysis will be an advantage. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Strong attention to detail.
