What You Will Do 

• Contributing to workstreams to help solve strategic initiatives within Prudential Indonesia.  
• Delivering solutions that solve immediate problems and drive long-term change. 
• Combine research, analyzing data, interviews, and brainstorming to generate insights and solutions.  

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Final Year Student of Fresh Graduate from any major. 
• Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta. 
• Committed to do 6 months internship. 
• Excellent organization and time management capabilities, including ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through completion. 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Indonesian. 
• Proficient in rational decision making based on facts and logical reasoning.
• Ability and willingness to learn to create outputs, including PowerPoint decks, Excel models.
