Overview

Our Business Internship offers an accelerated experience into life as a P&G leader giving you the opportunity to lead a real world challenge with a high level of responsibility! You will dive right in on one of our current business opportunities and work with leaders on a real-life strategy!

You will be involved in meaningful work, from Day 1.

What success looks like:

• Lead and develop a business strategy with commercial perspective for real-world implementation
• Analyze business opportunities using internal and external data
• Partner with multi-functional teams to develop a comprehensive and well-rounded recommendation
• Partner with design & execution teams to implement campaigns as needed (media, digital, instore, PR).

• You will join one of our dynamic and respectful teams and work closely with colleagues from other functions.
• The opportunity to receive a full-time permanent offer, following a successful internship.

Job Qualifications

• Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or NZ Residents
• Currently completing penultimate/final year of a Bachelor’s degree or similar
• Have a minimum credit average across your University results
• Must have an Australian’s Drivers License
• Strong leadership experience, i.e. leadership positions in clubs, team, societies etc.
• Well-rounded life experience i.e. involved in & contributes to the community
• A collaborative team player with a real passion for winning
• Possess an analytical mind, who can think strategically and foster innovation in all areas of their work
• Passion for stakeholder management and communication
