About the role

As a Personal Banking Intern, you’ll help deliver products and services that make everyday banking simpler, safer and more accessible for customers.

You’ll gain insight into how NAB supports millions of interactions across digital channels, branches and contact centres, while continuously improving customer experience.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct research to develop market and competitor insights
• Collaborate with teams across NAB to deliver customer outcomes
• Support customer interactions and service initiatives
• Build an understanding of banking products and customer needs
• Contribute to improving customer experience and processes
• Build employability skills to complement your studies

• Dates: 23 November 2026 – 29 January 2027 (Includes a two-week unpaid break over the festive period)
• Location: Melbourne

Eligibility

• Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident
• In your second-last year of study (undergraduate or postgraduate)
• Degree completion by December 2027
• Be available to commence full-time employment from 23 November 2026 to 29 January 2027
