 About the role

As a People and Culture Intern, you’ll help shape the experience of our colleagues, supporting initiatives that drive culture, engagement and performance across the business.

You’ll work with teams that partner with leaders to make better workforce decisions, using data and insights to improve how we support our people.

• Support initiatives that enhance the employee experience
• Use data and insights to inform workforce decisions
• Contribute to people-related projects and programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
• Bring curiosity and fresh ideas to improve how we work

• Dates: 23 November 2026 – 29 January 2027 (Includes a two-week unpaid break over the festive period)
• Locations: Melbourne & Sydney

Eligibility

• Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident
• In your second-last year of study (undergraduate or postgraduate)
• Degree completion by December 2027
• Be available to commence full-time employment from 23 November 2026 to 29 January 2027
