About the role

As a Group Transformation Intern, you’ll help drive meaningful change across NAB. Our team leads initiatives that make the bank simpler, faster and more customer-focused, improving how we work internally and the experience we deliver to customers.

You’ll get exposure to programs that simplify processes, modernise technology, and enhance how change is delivered across the organisation.

What you’ll do:

• Contribute to projects that improve customer and colleague experiences
• Analyse insights and identify opportunities to enhance products and processes
• Work with teams across NAB to support transformation initiatives
• Help review and improve processes to drive efficiency and resilience
• Build your analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder skills
• Gain exposure to areas such as payments, digital assets, and technology transformation

• Dates: 23 November 2026 – 29 January 2027 (Includes a two-week unpaid break over the festive period)
• Location: Melbourne

Eligibility

• Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident
• In your second-last year of study (undergraduate or postgraduate)
• Degree completion by December 2027
• Be available to commence full-time employment from 23 November 2026 to 29 January 2027
