What You Will Do 

  • Conducting audits according to the audit plan. 
  • Performing analytical reviews and critically analyzing financial results. 
  • Perform audit assignments including the identification of key audit risks and identifying how such risks are addressed. 
  • Preparation of annual financial statements for compliance with the applicable reporting standards i.e. International
  • Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS and IFRS for Small to Medium Enterprises).
  • Computation of corporate tax and personal income tax liability in terms of the Income Tax Act. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Completed SAICA accredited Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Advance diploma in Accounting.  
  • Studying towards a SAICA accredited post graduate qualification in Accounting. 
  • SA citizen.
  • An energetic attitude and willingness to learn new skills. 

Skills required: 

  • Excellent organizational skills. 
  • Effective problem-solving skills. 
  • High attention to detail. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and have leadership potential.
