Are you a recent graduate in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Mechatronic or Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering?
Start your career with a global leader in sustainable technology through our 2-year Graduate Program, commencing August 2026. Designed to give you real experience from day one, this program will build your technical capability, industry knowledge and confidence as an engineer.  

What you’ll do You’ll gain hands-on experience across our business, including:  

  • Working with clients to understand operational challenges
  • Analysing performance data to identify improvements
  • Supporting equipment selection and process optimisation
  • Contributing to design concepts and engineering solutions
  • Assisting with research into new technologies
  • Using engineering software and specialist tools
  • Rotating across sites, teams, and product areas

What we’re looking for  

  • Recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mechatronics or Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering (or related discipline) 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Full working rights in Australia
