Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Hands-on Logistics & Supply Chain matters of IFAP Distribution Centers: Hands-on daily operations and preparation of dashboard according to needs
- Project Management and presentation: Will co-ordinate with various departments key stakeholders and perform presentation to IFX management
- Vendor management: To attend monthly supplier evaluation and manage vendors to meet IFX target KPIs
- Programming to improve efficiency: Will make use of Python, Tableau, Denodo to improve efficiency within the department.
Internship Learning Outcomes
- Logistics & Supply Chain industry knowledge: Understanding on Semiconductor and their roles in the Logistics & Supply Chain
- Programming knowledge and understanding: Will gain exposure in programming languages such as Denodo, Python, Tableau
- Project Managements skills : Will learn how to manage timeline and also how to co-ordinate with different key stakeholders and relationship management
- Freight Forwarder Industry knowledge: Will understand how Freight Forwarders & 3PL operate in the market and how they serve Infineon.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Educational Background: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Logistics and Supply Chain Knowledge: Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations to support daily activities
- Programming Skills: Foundational knowledge of Denodo, Python, Tableau, or similar technologies to support process improvement initiatives
- Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Freight Forwarding Experience: Exposure to freight forwarding or shipping operations is an advantage for vendor and 3PL management
- Preferred Internship Period: Jan 27 - Jun 27
