Applications are open now for 2027 HSBC Corporate and Institutional Banking Graduate Programmes in Hong Kong.

We encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as we recruit on a rolling basis and may close applications before the advertised date once all vacancies are filled. In person or Virtual Assessment Centres are planned from September to November.

Only one application will be accepted per year across the HSBC Group (including Hang Seng Bank). Candidates should make an informed decision before applying by reviewing the various business areas and location sections on our website.

Requirements

• Available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
• Obtained, or expected to achieve, a GPA of at least 4.0 / 5.0 or 3.2 / 4.0 (as appears on your official university transcript or degree certificate), or overseas equivalent to this.
• Recent graduates with less than 2 years of full-time job experience or will have graduated by July 2027.
