At Grant Thornton, we’re committed to shaping better futures - starting with yours.
Our Vacation Program is designed for students who want real insight into professional life and a meaningful start to their career. Over 4 to 6 weeks, you will gain hands‑on experience working with teams across accounting, tax and advisory, supporting a wide range of complex and dynamic clients. It is an opportunity to see how your studies translate into real work and what life as a graduate at Grant Thornton could look like.
From day one, you will be supported through meaningful work, genuine mentorship and a culture that values what makes you different. You will gain exposure to real client challenges, develop practical skills and build confidence in a professional environment.
This is more than an internship. It is a chance to explore your potential, build capability and take the first step towards a career that feels truly remarkable.
