About the Role

As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will be offered a permanent position within our geotechnical teams, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of geotechnical tasks across opencut and underground operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting Principal Opencut and Underground Geotechnical Engineers as well as site Geotechnical Engineers
• Applying engineering knowledge to provide timely and safe solutions to operational challenges
• Supporting both corporate and site-based geotechnical projects
• Contributing to mine stability, design, and operational safety initiatives
• Participating in technical training and site rotations to gain exposure across multiple operations

About You

You will be:

• Qualified with a Bachelor of Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering (completed prior to commencement)
• Committed to working safely and contributing to a strong safety culture
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop professionally
