Management Trainee - Logistics

The Programme 

Inviting applications for the role of MT, Logistics. 
 
You’re responsible for ensuring that all the shipments which have been received at the warehouse are processed on time.  

What You Will Do 

  • Responsible for Domestic Deliveries Carrier Freight Payment. 
  • Maintaining Rate Card. 
  • Ensure completion of Invoice processing & statement reconciliation on time. 
  • Resolving Carrier Query For. 
  • Performing reporting of monthly writings. 
  • Load Compiling and Communicate with the carrier for execution. 
  • Coordination of Carriers for Resolving their queries. 
  • A sound understanding of and proven experience in looking after Australian Financial Institutions. 
  • Coordination with Domestic Carrier for Tank Beer distribution. 
  • Build and update new and existing products in all pertinent corporate systems Stock. 
  • Close co-ordination with logistics/cross functional teams to resolve any issues. 
  • Plan work, assign responsibilities, guide team on the allotted tasks, troubleshoot issues in completing assigned tasks, balance quality of deliverables and completion of projects within budgeted time and defined timelines. 
  • Kitchen visits and evaluation, vendor SLA review adherence, customer feedback management 
  • Build purchase order for manual invoice received and performing goods receipt. 
  • Coordinate with Cub partner for missing rates for executed shipments. 
  • Prepare and communicate the monthly ERS reports to carriers. 
  • Responsible for developing Process Flow, SOPs and documentation. 
  • Monitor a mailbox and process Material Master requests in a timely fashion. 
  • Prioritize workload in accordance with pre-established Service Level Agreements. 
  •  Accurate and timely processing of all Product setup requests.  
  • Due Diligence, Vendor Reconciliation. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

 Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Graduate in any field. 
  • Meaningful working experience in Logistics, Admin and Master data.
  • Good interpersonal skills for interactions with customers/suppliers. 

Preferred Qualification: 

  • Ideal candidate would be Logistics ERP, Candidate with SAP knowledge would be preferred.
