Practice Nurse (EN or RN)

Gardens Medical Group is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. We are a large busy general practice with a strong focus on patient-centered care and teamwork.

Whether you're an experienced nurse or recently graduated, we welcome applicants who are passionate about primary health care and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do:

• Provide high quality nursing care in line with current standards and guidelines.

• Assist with procedures , wound care, immunisations, ECG's and other clinical duties.

• Coordinate chronic disease management and health assessments (eg. 45-49, 75+, Heart Health, Diabetes) 

• Work closely with our GP's, admin staff and fellow nurses to deliver seamless patient care.

• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to ongoing quality improvement.

What we're looking for:

• Current registration with AHPRA (EN or RN)

• Personal Indemnity Insurance (or willing to obtain)

• Can work Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm (optional rotating Saturday shift)

• Excellent communication and clinical skills.

• Strong computer skills.

• A team player with a flexible can do attitude.

• Experience in general practice is desirable but not essential.
