EY Breaking Down Barriers Program (Future Thinking Women Series)

Are you looking to build confidence, develop practical skills and better understand how to navigate the early stages of your career?

The EY Breaking Down Barriers Program is designed to support women‑identifying university students as they prepare for life beyond study.

This interactive, in‑person session focuses on breaking down the barriers women can face early in their careers and developing the skills and confidence needed to thrive in the workplace. You’ll explore practical topics such as building self‑belief, developing your personal brand, and creating supportive professional networks.

Throughout the program, you’ll hear from EY Australia professionals, connect with like‑minded students, and gain insight into careers within professional services. The session is designed to be engaging, supportive and practical - helping you prepare for your first career milestones and beyond.

Who should attend?
This program is designed for women‑identifying university students who are completing their studies in 2027 or 2028 and are Australian or New Zealand citizens, or Australian permanent residents.
