Managing the team mailbox which receives help requests from internal and external customers.
What You Will Do
Main Responsibilities include:
- Act on the requests from mailbox which would include provisioning user access, creating online reports for customers, fixing issues in the portals by working with application development teams etc.
- The incumbent will be responsible for meeting the SLA’s and call metrics to respond to queries and change requests from field associates.
- Preparing reports for management.
- Should handle projects independently when required. Prepare standard process documents.
Required Skills and Abilities
- M.Sc. (or equivalent) graduate with 0-2 years of industry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Powerpoint. Candidates who have advanced excel skills like writing Macros etc. will be preferred.
- Good office management skills and excellent team spirit.
