He/she will be applying his/her skills and experience in Electrical Machines Design, Modelling and Simulation, and Power Electronics to deliver Motor Drives solutions to our next generation Dyson technologies and products.

Working alongside engineers, scientists, and technical experts across a broad range of disciplines, you’ll be comfortable learning from others but also sharing your own knowledge, ideas and opinions. In fact, we encourage this.

For the duration of your programme, you will have regular performance conversations as well as opportunities for development to enable you to build your reputation within the team.

Graduate Programme:

Embark on a transformative journey with our two-year Graduate programme designed for your career success.

Our unique experiential journey provides a framework so you can reach your full potential with leadership talks, development workshops and more, all whilst surrounded by industry leading experts.

Join us to unlock personal and professional growth and ignite your career potential.

You will be working as part of larger project team and some of your tasks could include:

  • Support design, development, and implementation of motor control algorithm in both product and production as per project plan.
  • Perform data analysis on production datalog, buy off and spot opportunities for process improvement & optimization.
  • Document motor control requirements, design guide, test method and implementation through Change Request.
  • Review system verification results and provide feedback.
  • Perform root cause analysis with documentation for the field return from MDAC perspective.
  • Be able to adapt and apply your skills to other areas of work and tasks within the business as may be required to benefit the wider team. About Us:

At Dyson we are focused on solving the problems that others have ignored; solving them first using our technology and ingenuity. In order to achieve this, we need to pioneer technologies that are different and authentic.

This is the core of what we do and who we are. We must strive to create the future, every single day by developing new things, different things, things that go against the grain with a diverse and global team of ingenious minds.

Dyson employs over 13,000 people and is present in more than 80 countries. And while we are growing fast, we want Dyson to remain a start-up in spirit with the freedom of experimentation and learning, constantly reinventing our products as well as reinventing how we work, how we sell and how we support our owners.

At the same time, we are working through the James Dyson Foundation, James Dyson Award and Dyson Institute to inspire future engineers and pioneering a new approach to engineering education.
