We’re excited to invite you to our in-house CommBank Future Thinkers events! Designed for students who want to experience what it’s like to work in Australia’s leading bank and get involved in an interactive problem solving activity.

Applications for our 2026-27 Summer Intern Program and 2027 Graduate Program open on 12 August! This event is the perfect opportunity to get inspired, build meaningful connections and gain insights that will give you extra confidence when applications open, whilst also discovering what your future at CommBank could be like!  

Please note: Spaces are limited and registration is essential. Submitting your registration counts as an Expression of Interest only. Formal invitations will be issued via email closer to the event (approximately one week prior). 

These sessions are open to students who are currently enrolled in an Australian university at the time of attendance. 

  • Eligibility criteria may vary across other CommBank events delivered by our team.
  • Attendance at this event does not constitute an application for a specific role. 

The eligibility criteria below relate specifically to applications for CommBank Graduate and Summer Intern Programs and do not apply to attendance at our inhouse events. 

  • You must be in the penultimate (second last) or final year of a university undergraduate or postgraduate degree or have completed university studies in the last 24 months
  • You’ve maintained an overall credit average (65 WAM or equivalent GPA). Note: If you're applying for Engineering or Cyber Security, you'll need a minimum WAM of 70 or equivalent GPA
  • You’re a Permanent Resident of Australia, or citizen of Australia or New Zealand at the time of your application
