Key job responsibilities
• Work with Amazon Flex, Amazon’s Last Mile delivery platform that engages drivers to be their own boss and deliver Amazon packages on their own schedule.
• Contribute or independently develop, execute, and measure business improvement strategies.
• Establish relationships, understand how the business operates, then develop new projects across a range of functional areas including routing, driver experience, or in-station operations.
• Support problem solving activities for Amazon Flex program managers, as well as key partner teams in operations, marketing, product and tech.

Please note: To be eligible for this program you will need to be available for the full internship period (full-time) from 1st December 2025 to 20th February 2026.
• Currently in your penultimate year of study in Data Science, Engineering (not Software Engineering), Business Analyst or related (graduating in 2026)
• Strong analytical skills – has ability to ask right questions, analyze data, draws conclusion by making appropriate assumptions
• Work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Ability to engage with cross-functional teams and gather project/program requirements
• Organization skills – demonstrated ability to work independently to make complex investigations
• Communication skills – ability to communicate (written and spoken) in English
• Ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data
• Outstanding attention to detail; Exceptional problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience in e-commerce industry
• Experience in program management or product management
• Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL & ETL DW concepts
• Understanding of visualization tools such as Tableau, Datazen, SSRS is a plus
