The Role:

We are looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Resources and Industrial team. 

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be given the opportunity to contribute to exciting and complex engineering projects from day one. Working under the guidance of experienced engineers, you will develop your technical capabilities while also building your understanding of client relationships and project delivery.

You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team, engaging with internal and external stakeholders and contributing to the success of world-class projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment that values learning, innovation, and collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting in the structural design and analysis of mining, heavy industry, or industrial projects
• Supporting the preparation of engineering documentation and technical reports
• Collaborating with senior engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Learning to interpret and apply relevant Australian Standards
• Contributing to a culture of safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement

As you progress through our recruitment process, you'll have the opportunity to select your preferred discipline and location, along with second and third choices. To be considered for this role, please choose "Civil - Structural" as your first preferred discipline and make it clear in the open answers that you want to work in the Resources and Industrial team. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Interest: A strong interest in the resources and mining industry.
• Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2026. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2026.
